  • what are the different responsibilities of presenters and producers? what preparation that goes into each programme?
        There alarms goes off at 4, by that time all presenters are in work by 5 o'clock, from the previous day they know who's in for  interviews, competition, guests etc. they need to be current and topical. .  creative sessions, daily scripts. what to film and say. massive guests and need to plan to make it most entertaining. as a producer- all understand each other and just be considerate give each other space. meetings before with guests or on call interviews, ensuring they all know what not to say and what is right. checking the equipment not to loud etc..

  • what's most challenging and most enjoyable about working on the show?
playing music4am-7pm, being entertaining. guests, organising the radio one  big weakened.
throwback Thursday. so much stuff is going on. constantly learning I have enough guild, plently of opportunity for grow and show off. spending everyday with friends and having a nice vide in the studio.
  • what are the team dynamics like?
 natural chemistry, 'going to work a pleasure' need decisions to be made quickly, trust in each other, friends, what guests? know each other. 24hour job. WhatsApp group- always thinking about the radio. everything is relatable for their audience.

  • how can you break into radio? 
work experience, GCSE and a levels doesn't have to be linked to radio broadcasting. approach people directly in the industry. there will be people interested in what you are about. its social media, booking guests- the role is massive, marketing the job is so varied. how can we get the show to the best ability. get the most experience- student radio, figuring out what you liked about other presenters have inspiration. doesn't have to be perfect.  find out what you like talking about be confident- topic easy to talk about better as your job as a presenter.
