Background - whilst cooking or working.
Incidental - whilst out shopping or in waiting rooms.
Concentrators - playing along to gameshows, listening to the news, weather reports or traffic reports.
List radio shows and their target audiences
BBC 1 - 15 to 29 year olds.
BBC 2 - All age groups over 35.
BBC 3 - Any age group 'seeking to expand their cultural horizons through music and arts'.
BBC 4 - People in their 50s, equally male/female.
BBC 5 - Older males/females.
Heart - 25 to 44 year olds.
Kiss - 15 to 34 year olds.
Capital - 15 to 34 year olds.
